I had the pleasure of dealing with Mission Loans for a ReFi on our home. My loan officers were Rafy Boulos and Ricky Lujan. They were awesome. They were honest, efficient, and answered all of my questions and concerns. The rates were lower than others I received quotes from. Everything happened as they said it would and the closing went off without a hitch. I recommend you give Mission Loans a try.

I went through a number of different companies trying to get a cash-out refinance. I had a unique situation in that I didn't have a mortgage because I bought my home in cash, but I needed to take out a hard money loan that was interest only payments and wanted to get rid of that so my payments would actually make the loan decrease in amount. At every turn, I was told I couldn't get a loan because my student loans are too high and I wasn't making enough money. I had my son added as a cosigner because he has good income, and still kept getting denials. I happened upon Mission Loans while searching the Internet, and was fortunate to have Armin Abedi as my loan officer. He looked at my situation, and was confident he could get me the loan. It was a tough road, especially with all the problems with student loan servicing companies and incorrect information, but after a ton of work, I got the congratulations email. Such a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. It was a pleasure working with Armin, and I am truly grateful for all the work that he and his team did.

I had a good experience with this company and it’s employees. I was looking for a HEL to consolidate my bills after renovating my shore house several months ago. I literally picked them off a google search and started a conversation with a Mission Mortgage loan processor named Lee Loeung. Although I’m retired my credit score is good/great and I have a ton of equity in my house. My debt to income ratio was borderline and this is where Lee picked up the ball and ran with it. He stayed on target and worked behind the curtain to get this loan processed. He texted me to keep me in the loop although I had little to do. I felt the loan moved at a good pace and the end result was a quick closing and I was totally satisfied with the company and particularly Lee’s efforts. I have no problem recommending this company to handle your mortgage needs and ask for Lee. Thanks

Best experience that I have had doing a refinance. The agents that I worked with was outstanding and made sure that I was kept informed at all times about the process. I do want to give special praise to Tony Bone and Rany Haksan for the hard work that they put into getting this loan funded in such a quick manner. I would definitely recommend Mission Loans to anyone who was looking to refinance a loan. Thanks you guys again for your hard work and good luck in the future.

Will drag a refi loan out for two months, doesn’t contact you about progress you have to constantly reach out to them to get any kind of update. It’s like you’re playing a game with a five year old because they constantly make up rules as you go. Wanted to switch to a home equity loan and said I would need another appraisal (appraisal was 2 weeks old) and when I asked for an explanation as to why, they didn’t have one. I told them I wasn’t paying for another appraisal to which they said, it’s no money out of my pocket they’ll just factor it into the loan. Think you’re close to closing? Think again they’ll come up with something new you’ll need to provide. Ultimately had to terminate the process and go with another company because I don’t have another 2 months to waste running in circles.
